Fast, friendly, and really good value.

Although this company is basically a simple 'man with a van' type thing, they run it so well I wanted to review them!
I only needed about 20 things from a one bed flat moved between Camden and Hackney, but I am up 2 floors at the destination.
A google search found LOADS of people offering man and van services but most didn't give fixed prices, it was all hourly rates and a bit vague - plus to be honest the phone manner for alot of them was not ideal, particularly as a woman I need to be able to know everything is above board.
When I spoke to Paul on the phone I felt reassured - he was polite, professional and efficient in getting the information for a quote which was fixed based on my postcodes and an estimation of loading time needed (it was £78.37 all in). They emailed a confirmation after the call, and then I got a text from the driver the evening before the move - again all very reassuring.
On the day Terry arrived on time (having called 30 minutes before arrival - another nice touch) and was cheerful, friendly and very quick! We had a nice chat on route, and he got my boxes upstairs without breaking a sweat, then was off to his next job with a nice tip from me. I even got a follow up text and email the day after to check it had all gone well - really impressed. You will get cheaper quotes (mine varied hugely) but I would rather pay £10 more for peace of mind and security. Highly recommended, a great job.
